Together with its well-established Service Concept and extensive insurance product portfolio, these changes will further strengthen Norwegian Hull Club’s ability to serve its clients and members in line with its ‘Expect more’ pledge.

‘Reinforcing the service concept for the years to come’
In recent years, Norwegian Hull Club has continued to strengthen the organisation by maintaining a clear focus on the recruitment and training of the next generation of highly knowledgeable, service-minded and solution-oriented employees. The Club considers it essential that these younger team-members continue to value long-term relationships while remaining curious about emerging risks, ensuring they can deliver tailored services that meet clients’ evolving needs.
Norwegian Hull Club remains ambitious and has strategically built an organisation to meet – and whenever possible, exceed - clients’ expectations for a service offering capable of navigating the growing complexity of the global market.
‘Expect more’
The Club’s Chief Underwriting Officer, Atle Fjeldstad, said of the appointment of Anders Dahl: “I am truly delighted that Anders has accepted this leading role for The Club. I am confident that Anders’ kind personality, analytic mindset, and proactiveness to identify optimal solutions will benefit our clients and further strengthen our customer-centric service concept. He is a keen listener with a curious mind, a combination that fosters new ideas and builds strong relationships. I believe our clients – both current and prospective – will genuinely appreciate Anders’ capabilities in this role.
“We are also excited that Esten Gjølmesli has accepted more responsibility in his new appointment as Vice President Southeast Europe. Esten is a person who fosters relationships through his positive and supportive attitude as well as his work ethic, his knowledge and a fearless approach to challenges. We are convinced that this will benefit our clients in the key shipping regions of Greece, Cyprus and Turkey.”
Norwegian Hull Club would like to extend its best wishes to Anders and Esten, as they embark on these new and exciting stages in their careers!
