Morten joined Norwegian Hull Club in 2014 as Manager of Yacht Claims.

He previously served in the Royal Norwegian Navy for nearly 40 years, attaining the rank of Rear Admiral. His broad experience includes technical management, logistics planning and seagoing as a submarine commander.

During his military career, Morten attended the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and Defence Staff College, in addition to crisis management training at Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr.
