 has accumulated over a decade's experience within global marine insurance. 

A Senior Underwriter with the Special Risks team since November 2019, Hege has been with The Club since 2011 when she joined as Underwriting Support. 

As an Assistant Underwriter she built considerable knowledge within the marine segment, working for the North & East Europe section, before joining the Special Risks team as an Underwriter in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, Hege led The Club’s Product Development Group. 

In 2020 she became SVP Global Specialty and, in 2022, began a three-year secondment to The Club's Lime Street office.

Hege is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, NHH. Possessing both a Bachelor's and Master's in Economics and Business Administration, Hege says: "
