Nordic Marine Insurance Plan 2019 online

The 2019 revisions include defining the border between war and marine risks, the addition of an arbitration clause, as well as an automatic reinstatement clause for loss of hire.

Norwegian Hull Club's Lawer & Director Adjusting, Roar Sanden, was part of the Standing Revision Committee. He said of the latest plan: "Working with the Nordic Marine Insurance Plan is a continuous effort to improve and fine tune what is an already good product. The 2019 version is the result of valuable contributions from many stakeholders and good discussions in various forums."
