As stated in the Articles of Association for Norwegian Hull Club, the Committee shall elect the Board of Directors, as well as the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Board.

At this year's Committee meeting held on May 25, two new members were elected to the Board of Norwegian Hull Club: Katrine Trovik and Gøran Andreasson.

Trovik, a lawyer and civil economist from Bergen, has extensive Chair-of-board experience, including Proximar Seafood AS, Bergen Næringsråd (Chamber of Commerce), as well as Den Nationale Scene. She is also a board member for Wilson ASA and Rieber & Søn AS and, as well as being a board member at Grieg Seafood, Trovik is head of its Audit Committee. Additionally, she is also a member of the Financial Supervisory Act Committee.

Andreasson is Chief Strategic Investment Officer at Torvald Klaveness. In addition to various partner and senior partner roles in the finance and investment segments (including OMP Capital, Hitec Vision and Clarksons Platou), Andreassen's board experience includes being Chairman of Gom Invest AS, plus being on the boards at AS Klaveness Chartering, Kcc Shipowning AS, Baumarine AS and Klaveness Ship Management AS, among others.

Norwegian Hull Club is pleased that both these highly experienced, knowledgeable individuals have accepted positions as Board members.

Also at the meeting, both Marianne Møgster and Øystein Beisland were re-elected to The Club's Board of Directors. In addition, Rebekka Herlofsen retained her position as Chair of the Board, while Magne Øvreås was re-elected as Deputy Chair.
